STW Fixed Income Management LLC is a specialty fixed income manager. STW became a standalone company in 1985. Prior to forming his own firm, William H. Williams was a partial owner of Starbuck, Tisdale & Williams, where he was responsible for fixed income and where he developed STW's investment philosophy and process. STW is a registered investment advisor under the US Investment Advisers Act of 1940.

Investment-grade fixed income management is STW's only business. Assets under management are $11.4 billion as of April 30, 2013, the majority of which is denominated in US dollars. All of our products are sub-products of our investment-grade fixed income value management. It is simply the application of our value management to a specific duration, currency and tax situation.
